VFFS machine V5/10 Special + Alpha 3 weighing unit

Packaging line with a VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) and belt weighing unit (with vibrating linear feeder if needed) to produce bags of small granular products with weights up to 20kg and volume up to 50 liters. The V5/10 Special has been designed specifically to answer to the packaging market needs on medium-to-large bags weights/volumes, whichever is the market sector. Solution equipped with the most suitable bag sealing technology, depending on the kind of film used (laminated, PE, etc.) The proposed solution is recommended for production capacities up to 720 bags per hour (referred to 15kg wood pellet bags). We can add several additional devices to obtain one or more of the following package configuration:

• Pillow bags
• Gusseted bags
• Square bottom bags
• 4-corner seal (stabilo pack)
• 5 seal bag
• Bag with handle
• Film punch hole and/or bag squeezing units for air extraction
• Thermal transfer printing

The V5/10 Special has been designed specifically to answer to the packaging market needs on medium-to-large bags weights/volumes, whichever is the market sector. VFFS machine V5/10 Special HS + Double Alpha 3 weighing unit

Packaging line with a high speed VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) and double belt weighing unit (with vibrating linear feeder if needed) to produce bags of small granular products with weights up to 20kg and volume up to 50 liters. The V5/10 Special HS packaging machine is the natural evolution of the previous model, Special. We have designed to machine to maintain the same characteristics of flexibility and reliability, but going up a notch in terms of overall production capacity. The proposed solution allows to further increment the production capacities up to 1500 bags per hour (referred to 15kg wood pellet bags).
