VFFS machine V30 + DN10 Volume Doser

Packaging line with a VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) and belt volume-dosing unit to produce bags of organic products with volume up to 100 liters. This solution is recommended when the packaging involve making very huge volume bags, particularly with very light and high-volume content products. Solution equipped with the most suitable bag sealing technology, depending on the kind of film used (laminated, PE, etc.)

We can add several additional devices to obtain one or more of the following package configuration:

• Pillow bags
• Gusseted bags
• Square bottom bags
• Bag with handle
• 4-corner seal (stabilo pack)
• Film punch hole and/or bag squeezing units for air extraction
• Bag pressing and bag turning
• Thermal transfer printing
