Packaging line with a VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) and belt weighing unit (with vibrating linear feeder if needed) to produce bags of small granular products with weights up to 20kg and volume up to 50 liters. Whenever your market demands you to rise up in bag weights and bag volumes, but you do not want to lose on flexibility, this solution comes in handy. It gives you the possibility to tune the line in a very easy way, being able to pack products inside bags from 5kg up to 25kg. If needed, an additional weighing unit can be added to increase the overall line capacity, depending on your needs. Solution equipped with the most suitable bag sealing technology, depending on the kind of film used (laminated, PE, etc.)

We can add several additional devices to obtain one or more of the following package configuration:

• 4-corner seal (stabilo pack)
• Film punch hole and/or bag squeezing units for air extraction
