VFFS machine VN87 + Alpha 1 weighing unit

Packaging line with a VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) and vibrating linear feeder weighing unit to produce bags of small granular products with weights up to 1kg and volume up to 3 liters. The ideal choice on production of small/medium batches, this “all-in-one” solution has a product infeed and product loading directly managed by the packaging machine to reach a constant and smooth product flow. The weighers are customized to obtain the target capacity and accuracy. If no outbound machines are present, the line can be equipped with a temporary product collection buffer through a motorized turning table. Whenever there are more inbound lines with very different product characteristics, the system can be completed by adding a dedicated product infeed and weighing unit. We can add several additional devices to obtain one or more of the following package configuration:

• Pillow bags
• Gusseted bags
• Square bottom bags
• 4-corner seal (stabilo pack)
• Film punch hole and/or bag squeezing units for air extraction
• Thermal transfer printing
